Dan Lange Construction will draw up plans from scratch, modify existing plans to your needs, or use the plans that you have. We have drawn up total house plans that satisfy inspectors to complete your home to help you save money on drafting charges.We will also work with any other contractors that you prefer for concrete,electric,heat, plumbing,etc.. Lange Construction will help co-ordinate the total home building process throughout the entire project. Lange Construction usually works on a time and material basis for our part and all other contractors are paid directly.We are also a Energy Panels Structures dealer, which means we have access to their panelized new homes.
